Sarah Johnson, O.D.

Sarah Johnson, O.D. received a B.A. in Natural Science with a concentration in Biology from the University of South Florida, a B.S. in Vision Science, and a Doctor of Optometry degree with Honors from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to becoming an optometrist she taught High School Biology in Florida.

During her clinical training she interned at Fort Lauderdale Eye Institute, Braverman’s Eye Center, and The Eye Institute of NSU, focusing on primary

care optometry, and contact lens fitting.

Dr. Johnson is licensed in Massachusetts as a TPA certified Optometrist indicating that she can prescribe therapeutic pharmaceutical agents and is currently pursuing her New Hampshire license. She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists and the American Optometry Association. She speaks fluent Spanish and basic Portuguese.

Dr. Johnson was born and raised in Heredia, Costa Rica. She enjoys spending time with her family, 8 year old son and dog. In her spare time she enjoys photography and traveling.
