EMR= Less Paper

Tallman Eye Associates
is going green with
Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

According to HowStuffWorks.com an average tree yields about 80,000 sheets of paper. Therefore, if every doctor in America was fully electronic, according to figures provided,we could save about 17,500 trees a year!

Please bear with us at Tallman Eye Associates as we make this gradual change over, in the beginning, extra time will be needed with each patient
as we implement this new program.

In response to environmental issues, in mid-May 2011, Tallman Eye seeks to generate less waste.  Going with EMR helps to reduce paper work and paper waste.  This will reduce our environmental footprint!

As a bonus, EMR can help reduce errors within medical records and improve overall organizational efficiency.
