Ioanis " Yianni" Panagiotopoulos, O.D.

Ioanis “Yianni” Panagiotopoulos, O.D. graduated from University of Massachusetts - Amherst in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Physiology. After working at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Dr. Yianni attended New England College of Optometry from 2003-2007. His internships included Lahey Hospital, New England Eye Institute, Boston Medical Center, North End Community Health Center, Spaulding Rehab Hospital, and Lowell VA Hospital, focusing on primary care optometry and

contact lens fitting. Dr. Yianni has been with Tallman Eye since August 2007, serving under the intense tutelage of the partners and other doctors of the practice. He is a licensed optometrist in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is licensed to dispense therapeutic pharmaceuticals. "Yianni" speaks fluent Greek and basic medical Spanish.

Dr. Yianni was born in Lowell, MA, where he attended the Hellenic American Academy and later attended Tewksbury Memorial High School. He is a parishioner of the Holy Trinity Church of Lowell. His hobbies include exercising and sports. Dr. Yianni is an avid Boston sports fan.
